Everyone has an internal dialogue; those things we say to ourselves over and over and over and over and . . . you get the picture! What are those repeated words and phrases? Do you tell yourself good, encouraging things to build yourself up and to help you approach life with a positive attitude? Or do you tell yourself discouraging things? Think about it. If it isn’t something you’d say to your best friend to lift them up; then why are you saying it to yourself? Please, be kind to yourself . . .
