DON'T WORRY

Be happy! As Bobby McFerrin sang, "In your life expect some trouble. But when you worry you make it double" So many things that we worry about don't even happen. But, we make ourselves miserable in the process of WORRYING! I don't' think that Bobby McF is telling us to ignore our problems but, rather, to just handle things without getting all wrapped up in a tangled mess of worry. Worry can paralyze you. If you just stop worrying and HANDLE things, the trouble won't double. Baby steps. Whatever is worrying you right now; can you just set that worry aside and take care of what you CAN control?? What one thing can you do right now to stop worrying??? Do it! Don't worry! Be happy! Oftentimes the way we handle crisis indicates our true character! Love you, friends.
